Of services and quality, options, everyting you can do, price are those 2 the same ? If you had to choose best registar ?

one pro is I think on namecheap you can move your domain to other registar on Godaddy not I think

The last few I have bought with them I've paid for with PayPal. They may not have offered PayPal as a method of payment in the past but they definitely do now.
