Pros:
A great theme and the mouse switches to what you have it set as. Doesn't inconvenience me at all. The design was well made - forumotion really makes some forums look pretty bad with their design limitations, but I love what you did. Great job.

Great forums, well described, and really works for your forum. It is focused on one subject and does an amazing job. Clean layout and very well made. I also really like the background image you have for your forum. It all ties to Naruto.

Cons:
Lots of blank space below the forums due to the sidebar. I'd shorten the 'newest topics' box to only have a couple. That will really help out and remove any unneeded or unused boxes.

I'd reword your description. "A complicated RPG that is simple to use". Personally, that confuses me. I would write something like "An RPG for die-hard Naruto fans!" or something along those lines.
