Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance
First off, I must say, I am fond of your forum's theme. It wouldn't be my first theme choice, but it fits your forum's genre. The theme has a lot going on. Your forum is a Naruto roleplay forum. The Naruto series has a lot of action it, so I suppose it makes sense for you to have a theme like the one you have. So, the forum theme is nice. I can bet that your forum's theme may scare potential users away. The theme isn't easy on the eyes though. It's not much of a welcoming theme.
Next, I must point out your forum's banner. The banner looks nice. I am not that big of a fan of the font you have chosen for the text on your forum's banner. I think it would look better if you used the same font that you have on the Chuunin Exams banner. The banner doesn't seem to be matching your forum's theme. It's close, but your banner is much darker. You don't want the banner to be bright, but I think you could have it match the forum's color scheme a bit more. Overall, good job.

Site Layout
I really dislike the layout. Of course, I am an outsider to your forum. So, if your active members like it, then your forum's layout is okay. Although, I feel you could make a lot of improvements to it. First off, the length of your forum is very long. You have about fifteen boards on your forum. That may be a bit too many. I think it would be better narrowed down to about twelve. That's not a big deal, but the fact that you have a category for each board, that just doesn't make sense. It really stretches out your forum's length. It's unnecessary and unappealing. I think you should put all that into three categories. The first category would be the main part of your forum where the rules, roleplay guides, introductions, etc would be located. The second category would be the actual roleplaying part of your forum. The third category would be the out of character area, which is where off-topic discussion, etc would take place. The way you currently have it, it's just disorganized. I also feel you may have too many sub-boards. In one board, you have eighteen sub-boards. I know it's a roleplay forum, so that may be necessary, but eighteen sub-boards isn't top standard when it comes to organization and it is extremely hard to keep all those sub-boards active. You should try to lower the number of sub-boards. I also really don't understand why you have images saying the board's name, directly under the board title. Sure, the images look nice. They don't really match your forum's theme though. They're unnecessary. It makes the length of your forum even longer. Your forum's layout would be so much better if you would just improve those few things.

Statistics and Activity
As of right now, your forum has accumulated 43,722 posts and 366 registered users. Wow, congratulations on such great statistics. Your forum is doing very well. The statistics may not be accumulating as quickly as some other forums, but your forum's activity is consistent. That shows just how devoted you and the rest of the community is to the forum. Bravo on such dedication you have towards the forum. It is nice to see that, you rarely see that nowadays. Although, there is always room for improvement. I feel you could do better. I feel you should set goals for your forum. It could be to reach a certain amount of posts, members, active members, etc. I really think it would be great for your forum to have something like a referral competition. You could offer a sweet Naruto prize to the person who refers the most members in a month, etc. Members could get their Naruto loving friends to join. You have about fifty active users in the past twenty-four hours. You have 366 registered users though. You should try to get some of those registered users active again. Just a simple reminder via email should do the trick. Overall, well done, your forum is successful, I wish you the best in continuing your forum's success.

Staff Moderation
It appears that your forum's staff team consists of four administrators and two moderators. Considering the size of your forum, that's too many staff members. Don't get me wrong, your forum is big, but I feel the staff team should be toned down to four staff members. I especially have too many administrators. There is no reason to have four administrators. Having that many administrators is just unnecessary. It doesn't help the overall security of your forum. The more administrators means the more possibilities of a high-staff account getting cracked. I feel you could demote two or three of the administrators down to moderators. Then, you could demote the two current moderators. The two current moderators aren't very active. Between the two of them in the past month or so, they have only been posting a few times a week. They could do a lot better. Either get them to be more active or demote them. There's no reason for them to be moderators if they aren't going to contribute to the forum. Your staff members should at least be required to welcome users who create introduction topics. New users feel much more welcome when they receive more replies welcoming them. Overall, actual moderation seems to be going well. I see nothing that needs to be moderated, so it looks like the staff team is getting the job done.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
I must say, you have done an excellent job with spelling, grammar, and professionalism. I went through the board descriptions on the main page, they are all nice, descriptive, and to the point. I see a capitalization error in the Off Topic Chat board description. I don't think "Manga" and "Anime" should be capitalized. They're not proper nouns? Either way, great job on the board descriptions on the main page. However, the quality of your sub-boards is low. You should take the time and make the descriptions of your sub-boards as high-quality as the board descriptions on your main page. In your sub-board descriptions, I am seeing unnecessary capitalization, missing punctuation, bad grammar, and in some cases, boards without descriptions. You should spend some time working on it. The sub-board descriptions may not be seen as much as the board descriptions, but you should still have them both of high-quality. Overall, the forum seems to be very professional, besides the low-quality sub-board descriptions.

Final Remarks
Naruto RPG is a great looking roleplay forum. I have seen many roleplay forums, and Naruto RPG is the best one so far. I personally have little interest in roleplay forums, but if I did, your forum would be one of the few roleplay forums I would go on. Well done.
Strong Points
I am fond of your forum's theme; the theme is different, it doesn't have the basic colors you see on most forum themes, like blue, gray, white, etc. Also, good work on your spelling and grammar throughout the forum.
Things to Improve
You really need to improve your forum's layout and you need to limit your use of images.
