The Dallas Mavericks take on the Miami Heat in a rematch of the 2006 Finals.

I think Dirk Nowitski is too much for the Heat to handle, they don't really have anyone that I believe can guard him.

I think the Mav's will take the series in 6 games. 5 games if Caron Butler comes back from his injury.

What are your thoughts on the series?

I'm rooting for the Mavs, but I think the heat have hit there stride at just the right time, expect the Heat to take it in 5.

Yes, obviously Dirk will dominate Bosh in the number 4 position but you need to look at the rest of Miami's team. What are you going to do about LeBron and Wade. Marion will probably guard LeBron and Stevenson will probably guard Wade but I do think that there is a pretty big difference in how good each player is. I really think the bench will come into effect a lot in this series. I really think that Miami will win again but that is just what I think.

Dallas pissed me off in their series against us (OKC). Terry is too much of a punk. I think Miami will win and I want them to win.

Miami Heat took game 1 with a final score of 92-84. LeBron James scored 24 points. He made some big plays. There were a few bad calls... Overall, I would say that the refereeing wasn't too bad though.

I despise the Heat, and have found very little in the way of support with that. Seems like everyone I know is rooting for them. So I am definitely rooting for the Mavs, even though I'm none too big a fan of them. Dallas wins in 6.

For me it's the opposite. Almost everyone I know is rooting for the Mavericks. I am rooting for the Miami Heat as LeBron James is my favorite player.

Most people here, Oklahoma, are rooting for the Heat because the Mavs. kept us from getting to the finals. Although, there are some who want Dallas to win so that we look even better.

I want Heat to win in 5. I know that they will not accomplish it, though.

I would rather the Heat win at home, so I would prefer it if they win in 6 or 7. I

Anyways, game 3 is tonight! Game is at Dallas and all the momentum is with Dallas right now after the huge comeback in game 2 to even the series. I think the Heat will win game 3 if LeBron James gets more free throws and Chris Bosh improves his whole game.

Yep, final score was 88-86. Great game. Good defense to keep Dirk Nowitzki from making that game tying buzzer-beater.

Yeah... I personally expected them to go for the win, and Dirk Nowitzki or Jason Terry would attempt a three. They only went for the tie though, with a mid-range jumper from Dirk Nowitzki, which he bricked. 😀

Game 4 just started. It's currently 6-4 with Dallas in the lead. Dallas is looking great. Good defense so far.

Final score was 86-83. Dallas Mavericks won. They series is tied 2-2. Dwayne Wade failed. He missed a key free throw to tie the game up with like a minute left. Then, the ball was throw in to him with about 6-7 seconds left, with the Heat down by 3. He fumbled with the ball, almost a turnover. Still managed to get the ball to Miller off a pretty great pass. Miller shot it way too early. He didn't get a very good look. Air ball. Ball game.
