Actually, you will need permission to use the copyrights. i.e. all NBA team logos. I am in the printing business. When you infringe on copyrights of the NBA, they don't like that too much. They wont be afraid to sue you and hit you with a heavy fine!

Thanks for letting me know. I have contacted both the NBA and Yahoo! Sports to see If i am allowed to continue to use the NBA Team Logos.
