Omg, today, when I went to see my therapist, after I saw her, a friend of mine randomly started kissing me and after I told him i was uncomfortable with it, he still continued and said : "Suck my dick, you can do that for me, right?" And he said : "If you like me, you'll want to do that to me. So my question is, even though I said yes, under his coercion and seduction, does it count as rape or sexual assault of any kind? Thats what I'm trying to figure out right now. Right now, I'm just scared. It was someone whom I totally trusted and didn't expect him to do that to me. So yeah, any good advice about what to do? And don't say tell my parents, because I can't tell them, they'll blame it on me and kick me out of the house, so yeah. Can't be in any worse than now. I feel so ashamed of myself and thinking, why didn't I defend myself against him? Its because its someone I knew, so I don't feel like calling the cops on him either. I tried to tell him to stop, but he wouldn't.

^ Yep.

Also, any unwanted touching is assault in the US. I'd definitely report him to the police, though. This isn't the sort of thing to mess around with. :|

I agree either way.

You did say you didn't want cops around so the only other option would be to ask him (with friends around)what he was thinking, if a he gives a good reason I would stay away from him for a bit and if he tries anything else then do something. Although if you took offense to it and it wasn't in a joking manner it is illegal.

The reason why I don't wanna call the cops, if when he did ask if I wanted it, I said yes, under his seduction of course, but I felt he forced me to say yes. I wanted to say no, but I said yes anyways, get my dilemma? Otherwise, I would have called the cops right away.

It was still unwanted, and he was still "pushing" you to do it when you didn't want to.

Therefore if you live in the USA and were to inform the police they should and probably would still do something about it.
I don't know both of your ages but the older you get the more serious it gets. When you are older then 18 it's no longer a joking matter in the USA.

Now you're kind of in a tricky situation. If you gave him initial permission, it would mean you gave him permission to touch you. However, if you told him to stop, it would've meant the consent was taken away, which is into a whole new bucket of worms. I'd recommend you ask someone who truly knows what they're doing (ie. a lawyer in your state). You definitely have an assault case, and I don't know about rape or something of that nature.
