Need a banner, will pay real $$

I am looking for someone to create me a banner for my new forum. It's called "Celebrity Forums"

400X140

I need for it too be transparent, needs to look stylish, and maybe make the text a gold/yellow colour. If you can find some decent celeb images or maybe just an award or something that would be great.
