Need a great program to work with some pictures

Anybody know a good program I could work with on some pictures.

What I really need is to change the logo I have to increase it's size without loosing the quality.

Anybody know anything that would help me?

Well, I guess Ill close the topic as the image is hard to change as some tried and nobody succeed 🙁

I know this has been solved,but I thought I would tell you about another decent free image editor. It being Paint.NET, it is a simple GUI and easy to use. I personally prefer gimp,but other prefer Paint.NET .

I agree with NBK*Twitch. Paint.NET is a good alternative to Photoshop. And like Gimp, you can also download it for free.

@OP, it would be difficult to resize without losing quality in any software, unless the logo is a vector.
