Need Ads to Start Off Forum

I am opening an Advertisement forum up, and I need to fill up banner ads as default ads that will stay in rotation for quite awhile (meaning, they will be shown an unlimited amount of page views, up to 5 years) till the forum is more active.

The Forum:

468x60 Rotating Banner Ads - This is shown at the top of the forum, above the forum content, and will always be shown.
20 FP Per Month
200 FP Per Year
400 FP Per 2 Years
600 FP Per 3 Years

How many words minimum needed for the text link?

No Minimum, so long as it generates interest.

The only max, is the total Characters used, which is 200 characters.

Removed the rotating text advertisements till I can find a better way to have them, without slowing things down.
