Need Award Icons & Group Images

I am in need of these sort of awards (35x35):

but more professional looking.

Group images i need to fit correctly and nicely under the avatar.

I don't have a image on what group icons I like but try and match the theme at https://www.forumsupport.org

why not use Findicon or you want it custom made the same way? I linked some for ya
