Remove the shoe and add a shoe lace coming out from the tip of the g going towards o then tie it and show of the aglet at the end of the lace.

I did a rough drawing of what it should look like with MS. The red is where the aglet should be.

The top right one was what I had mind. If you add gold sparkle effect, it would be perfect.
