Need Custom IPB3 Skin

Its IPB3 and if you can code IPB3 skins, PM me some of your work.

I need:
Banner,
Favicon,
New/Old Post Icons
Other requirements (will discuss on hire)

I am requesting the whole works, CSS, custom templates e.c.t. NOT just the images!​

Well since you never answered me on my other thread... do you have a test site with IPB3 on it,that someone could use?

I am sure I can make a theme for you,but need somewhere to make it.

I am not going to go buy IPB3 just to make a theme for someone.
