Need empty WP blog..

Basically I am looking for only Wordpress.org blog's, not Wordpress.com blogs. Empty or not as I am going to transform it into something so will get cleared. Doesn't need to be active, have a domain just as long as it is a Wordpress.org blog and that keeps me happy.

Well, basically I am looking for one that is either made, or never thought that I was wanting someone to create it but I am not bothered. But I prefer one that is made.

WordPress.org doesn't offer hosting... just the code, so it needs to be hosted somewhere. If you want, I can link you to the download that you use to install it on your own hosting? 😕
