Need forum design: IPB!

Hi! I need a graphics designer to make a professional forum design/skin for my brand new IPB forum I have just purchased (I am waiting for IPB to install it for me) My forum is going to be a General discussion forum with a mini promotion section but it's mainly a general discussion forum. I will not say much more here or the name of my forum as I want it to be kept quiet until everything is completely finished before I open it up. I am willing to pay real money to the right person for the job.
