You mean you want to transfer domains? That will ALWAYS cost you money. But if you want to set up a domain that has ftp access, lime domains has it and it will only ask of you to have a subdomain.

Not sure but if you want a free host there is Speedhosting, I don't know what this domain talk thing is but they offer free plans and they are good.

Try not to be picky when choosing free hosts, because at the end of the day - you get what you pay for. Also...

Maybe he spent all of his money on vB and has none left for hosting 😉. Anyways I think if you want a free host try Speedhosting like I suggested, they are pretty good and free 🙂.
