It looks okay but can you make the word "Promotion Stadium" bigger and also change "easier and best promotion" to "Easiest and Best promotion". Also, i think it looks better if it is a big bigger and if the image is at the middle instead of the side. I want it a bit bigger but the image doesn't have to be in the middle.

I'll take your logo if you just make the word "promotion stadium" bigger and make the banner 500x110 and also change Easier to Easiest and move it up a bit.

They look good however, i think it would be even better if there are small images next to the words and maybe each group can have their own colour. Maybe this:

Administrator: blue
Moderator: green
Packager: orange
Reviewer: red
VIP: yellow
Sponser: black
