Need guidance

I have been running a host since may 2009.

I've started work lately which brings time on my host to limited.
I've got staff and other people saying behind my back that I can't run a host, I'm too busy for it etc.
I spend over 6-8 hours on my host a day, I pay s***loads for the server and all the addons

I just need some help, someone to help me in the right direction.

What should I do?

The option I have atm are
Keep it open, try harder to get it better?
Close it down completely?
sell it off?

It's a tough job for one man, i know that.
I have been hosting killboards for eve online players since 2005,
Also completely free.

Dont let negative comments turn you down.
keep trying untill you think you cant do it anymore.

Do you have autoinstall scripts running?
That would save you alot of time.

As for the staff talking behind your back,
Talk to them in person.

If staff are talking about you behind your back, the real question here is why are they staff?

If you have the time to manage your life including the host keep going, if not then do what's best for you, but never let other's comments scare you off.

I think I can manage it, I just need a little more help
