Need help adding fixed background to forum.

I need help adding a fixed background to my forum. Someone familier with VB coding... forgive me. im using my mobile atm. anyway my current BG is called body.bg.png or something like that.... i wish to add my new background in its place...ill award some fp too. thank you. 🙂
