Need help badly please.

If any of you are familiar with forumotion I need help installing a phpbb2 template I found on a different site but I have no idea how to.

Try on your hosts support forum, they'd probably be the best people to ask -😉-

Yeah on free hosts you usually request on your hosts support forum.

Free hosts don't normally allow you to upload your own styles as you won't have the mod edits done on the template where as if you use one they have added the edits would be done.

Also the style you linked to is phpBB2 and your forum is phpbB3 so it definitely won't work even if it was possible to do.
