Need Help installing IPB 3.0. mods!

I do not have the slightest clue on installed mods on an IPB 3.0. forum. If anybody is able to do this, I am sure we can come to an agreement that suits both of our needs. Please reply here if you are interested. Here are the links to the mods I'd like to be installed:
