ok. I want to make a mod.
phpbb3 it is for.
the mod is for registrations to only accept real ip address. not proxys.
any way I can do that

bad idea really

firstly new proxies open every day so you'll have to keep updating it

and also a lot of networks use proxies so you'll be blocking a number of 'real' users
