need help on computer

I ordered ram that doesnt fit my mother board. Now im sending it back and Im looking for more ram.

I have this motherboard: System Model: 132-CK-NF78

Does this support ddr3 ram or just ddr2? I'm hoping I can get at least 8GB more ram. But I dont see that ddr2 goes that high (2 x 4gb)

According to the specs. It supports DDR2 800 4×240pin with 8GB maximum.

I think you need to buy 4 x 2GB DDR2 800 RAM modules for 2GB on each RAM slot to get 8GB of RAM on your motherboard.

Yeah, I ordered two 2gb sticks ddr2 earlier for $47.99. I realized it could not support ddr3.
