Need help restructuring

So, I am starting to see some flaws with how I have my forum TechsThink.com organized. I feel like it is currently confusing to me as well.

If you don't want to actually look at the forum this is how it is currently laid out...

• Community Board
  • News & Announcements
  • Community Feedback
  • Introductions
• Let's Chat
  • I.T. World (Meant to discuss specifically I.T related subjects but seems to cause confusion with the general "Techs Chat" forum)
  • Techs Chat
  • Tech Reviews (Seemed like a good idea at the time but seems like those discussions could just occur in one of the two above forums)
  • Technical Support (Meant to try and assist users with their technology and software issues)
  • General Chatter

I am debating how to best go about changing this up and possibly broadening discussions a little bit more as I think they may be too isolated?

I only bring this up because since it's bothering me I think it's going to bother others.

My site, NetworkOne focuses on News, Tech, and Streaming. Before that it was a bit scattered, according to @danthex
After that I re-categorized the entire site. And it worked out for me.
Its okay to revamp a site as long as its better for the site's growth.

I am looking to change the "Let's Chat" and splitting it into 2 Categories and expanding the forum selection a bit for the sake of future growth.
