Need Help to Build Gaming Community!

Hello everyone, My name is Alex.

I have a very big idea to build an entire gaming community.
This community would house a couple dozen of games that would be supported. It would have forums to post on, chat and have fun. Also would hold tournaments, games, events online to produce more activity and to get noticed. I have a massive vision of this community supporting game from consoles all the way to private serves for people to use.

I want to create a place that is not just a normal community. I want to support tons of games and for the ones that can support it, sell admin and advertising once we get off the ground. This is something that I think people would love. A community base that plays all sorts of games instead of just a couple. I implement in-game clans and guilds for the games that support those kinds of things (WoW, Combat Arms). Get things rolling with leagues and competitions.

Eventually I want this to be bigger than ever. I want people to know this a a place to find players and game.
I am more than willing to put in the time an effort to get this going.



Members/Staff needed:
Co-Owner: 1/2 - Anyone else willing to put in the massive amount of time and effort like me is welcome to apply for this position!

Forum Admin: 2/4 - Forum is not up yet but will be once we get this going. We don't need that many people but to keep spam and other types of malicious things out of the forums.

General Admin: 0/6 - Once we get in-game guilds/clans up we need people to manage and run them.

Recruiters: 0/10 - You recruit members into the group, spread the word, and help our members grow.

What we are striving towards:
-Website & Forum
-support in multiple games
-hold events
-community base to support activities and servers


I have a name for the community but not going to release that until I know we are going to start. I have a lot more ideas but I want to start of with a solid base before heading into even bigger things!

So what do you mean by supporting games? like arcade games, your own created games, ect.

By supporting games I mean having the community base to have active players in games. These games would be as such: ex. World Of Warcraft, Counter-Strike:Source, Runescape(and much more!).
I would hope to later on have in-game(if in-game clans are supported) clans in certain games, have a number of servers in server-based games that we would support.

Clans and tournaments would be hosted through funds the community gets through advertising(maybe even sponsors), donations, and through selling admin packages.
I would rather have all of those factors benefit the community. Further benefiting you as a gamer and member.
I think that having the support through dedication and donating would make members more compelled to buy admin or donate because they know it would give them an awesome experience as a community.

It would be based off of a website. Yes they would use forums but I'm more for the interaction and the connection in-game.
I would not be fully running it out of forums, they would just play a part in organizing ideas and topics.

I do agree that part of it would be through the use of the forums 🙂!
