So, I have done some tests and my personality is roughly 2% of the population. Additionally, I stutter, and there is only 1% of the population that stutters.

Using a statistical approach, roughly 2% of the population has the same personality as you means that if we were to take one sample of the population with a sample size of one, then there is a probability of 0.02 that the person picked has your personality. This also means there is a probability of 0.01 that the person stutter given another sample was taken. Therefore, the probability of picking someone with both traits is 0.01x0.02=0.0002. In other words, 1 in 5000 people (100/0.02) have both traits you mentioned.
Btw, probability of 0.02 means 2% chance. Therefore, 0.0002 probability means 0.02% chance so that is 100/0.02 which is 1 in 5000 people.
