Right, I need to at least make $300 - $350 pound by the end of August for an IP.Board license, and to purchase a theme and some other features. So far I can only see my self making $30 by the end of this month and that ain't great. So I need your help and your tips to making big bucks.

You could use Amazon to sell stuff and if you already have a website you could become an amazon affiliate and make a commission on all the sales you make.
Amazon Associates is great if your website has a lot of traffic.
If you know of any relatives or friends, which plan on buying HDTVs, computers, and high priced items you can send them a link with your Amazon Affiliate code in the link and you can make a 5-14% commission on the purchase price of the item.

Why not try using Cashle, do a few offers and surveys and you'll make about $5,$10 just for a few and you get paid in about 2-3 days, I got paid 3 times from that site. Also the minimum payout is only $1 as well.
While this may (or may not) be helpful if you currently have a paypal account you may qualify for a paypal buyer credit (credit card) and then use that to pay for the IP.Board License and whatever else you need. You'll get the board and features you need, and then you have the luxary of paying over time. The minimum payments I believe with the card are $10 (which is my current credit card min payment on approx 300$ of purchases) or 3%. I think you start with a credit limit of 300 - 500 dollars, but at least that gives you some leverage to work with so that you can have what you'd like now and pay over time.
Best I can suggest if you want something quicker than you can afford it. At least then after you can attempt to recoup the money through ads (like adsense, bidvertiser, adbrite) or affiliate marketing (such as commision junction).
Another good way to make money is upload a lot of non-copyrigted Funny, interesting, and quality videos with you on them and upload them onto Youtube.
Once you have a lot of subscribers, views, and an active audience. Apply for the Youtube partnership adsense programs.
There are some people who make 1000 dollars or more a month, but their videos are very great and they have an active audiencs which rate, comment, favourite, and share their videos with others.
Do website flipping. It's probably the fastest way to make cash. Buy a cheap looking website and work on it for a week and then sell it for a higher price. As you make more money, you can buy bigger websites and then repeat the process.

This is one of the reasons why targetted traffic can be so important. If you post affiliate links related to travel and expensive watches on a website about bankruptcy protection or credit problems, you're more likely to get fewer clicks and sales/conversions.

You can always make easy money from forum competitions. Being on a programming forum, I managed to gain $25 from a monthly competition, where whoever makes the most tutorial points, gets that prize. In essence, making under $100 is very easy.
Also, making $10-50 is easier with DigitalPoint. If you can write a well thought out eBook, or articles, you can sell that for a decent price. Additionally, you can buy domains at FP for FP$ and then sell them for real money at DigitalPoint (where you will find people willing to spend large amounts of money).
If you have a bunch of old stuff lieing around your house then you could try www.craigslist.org you put stuff up for sale and people in your area can look at that stuff and see if they want to buy it.
