Need help with this

A client registered on my free hosting and this is the URL: http://melu.wehostyour.info/melu/login.php

I have suspicion that this may be a phishing site for twitter. I have taken a look at the coding but am unsure. Your thoughts on what I should do please.

You own the hosting company, you should know what to do youself, I suggest using google trans to what it actually says.

From my experience most Chinese sign ups are bots that set up twitter, that one looks like no exception. Thats why a lot of free posts tend to block certain areas like China or Russia nowadays.

No need to do that, I doubt a human signed that up or uploaded it.

Although I am a web host, I do not know everything in the world.

Also, I just banned over 1100 Korean and China IP ranges.
