Well firstly make it work.. first two times I got an SQL error then it timed out..

Get a skin other from the default too - my site http://www.awesomestyles.com has 100+ free phpBB3 styles so you should find something there.

I'd personally also cut down the number of forums at the moment as you only have 6 posts but loads of forums - it's pretty offputing.

Also i'd create more content, again you only have 6 posts which isn't enough to encourage people to join at the moment

On top of that great advice, i'd work on your branding. Your site needs a unique image, whereby when people see it on other sites, they immediately know it's you. Also, a TLD (Top level domain name) will look much more attractive than a .co.cc domain - it shows you care about your forum and are willing to invest to make it work ~smile~

On top of all three of their awesome feedback, id like to add customize completly. Get it so custom you dont know its running phpBB if needed. That goes with the branding bit MHW said, but seeing as youre using the default theme, not sure if you knew -🙂-

It definitely needs a new style/banner and less forums... These things can be off putting for guests if it has loads of forums with not many posts or if it is using the default style.
