Your forum looks pretty good . Just lacking one banner . Try add one and make it more interesting .
Also try out some contests and make it more unique and interesting for the members . Advertise your forum where-ever you can , do post exchanges , active exchanges .
And finally , have patience , forum doesn't grow in a day . It takes time , so do your best and have patience .

Promoting it on Forum Promotion's Basic Advertising area may help you.

Getting a TLD would also help in promotion and I would say a better theme.

TLD means a Top Level Domain like whatever.com instead of s1.zetaboards.com/whatever

Well I would reccomend disabling the portal page as it makes your forum look ugly, along with no banner, I reccomend also using the graphics exchange section onces you gain enough FP$. Also not having a general discussion board effects the community for me, but I wold reccomend adding another board with everything else relating to nintendo. Now about that general discussion I advise you to add a Gaming section also as your forum revolves around a type of gaming. Also I don't see how you have more than 3,700 posts if I can probably only see 150 odd. The theme just makes me not wanting to join, it has that ugly atmosphere but I reccomend getting either a birghter theme or tweaking the red, and the grey text doesn't work for me as I find it hard to see the descriptions and links. The chatbox doesn't work for me either, it is too big in my opinion so try either mending it too another page or removing it, but good luck with the site.
