First off, don't listen to khaleel, he want's members as much as you.

Second of all, you want a new theme for a start, people do custom themes for $10 - $50 pound for MyBB, or you can browse for a pre-made theme that is really technical like. The icon's on the current theme don't suit your forum category, perhaps having some new ones made and tweak the theme if you have time, I am sure most members who view Graphic Exchange will hit you up some icons for a short price. Focusing on pretty much the look's of the forum, your banner does not fit the category that your forum cut's under, looks like you the ''The Forum'' text out of something and used paint to edit it to ''Techy'', try adding a image and getting someone to do the banner. Let's move onto looks and focus on forum and categories. You should just merge the Forum Rule's forum into a topic in the announcement and make it global, saves space. Also ''Your Sites'' forum I don't think fit's under that, push it into Off-topic so the category doesn't look alone. You don't offer much Technology discussion, try adding new boards, take idea's from other forums and make them into your own, but don't rip them. Also you should rename the ''Technologies'' category name to ''Technology Discussion'' makes more common sense. I honestly don't think you should have the ''Graphics & Design'' forum, as it is a second main category and doesn't relate to technical. Merge a ''Design'' forum into ''Off-topic'' category an mergng some sub-boards as , ''Show Off'', ''Requests'', ''Graphic Tutorials''. Then adding a ''Developement & Projects'' board in the category too. Why the hell you have a ''Make Money'' section, I don't know. I am not some such of Technical freak but I know you can make from selling Technology but the category doesn't relate, the section isn't needed anywhere on your forum, perhaps they can write a nice written tutorial in your ''Written Tutorials'' section. Also I don't know why you have a ''Tutorial'' category, it is not needed either, you could probably add a board named ''Tutorials'' under ''Off-topic'' category and adding a sub-board named ''Video Tutorials''. Now that is hell of a lot of things I think should be changed but this goes on. Your puncuation is terrible, no full-stops on any of the board's, very off-putting, and having ''Here you can share'' in the start off all your forums description is very boring, brighten them up and liven them up another reason why I wouldn't join your forum. So far I have covered quite bad things but it get's a little bit worse, the domain. Many user's will say the domain is off-putting and hard to remember as it says ''www.junaid-k.com'' instead off ''thetechyforum.com'', it should be changed, I could mention another thing about the domain but it would be pointless, but many users say that the dash(-) effects page rank and whatever. Your main question was how to bring in members, well the tips above pretty much helped out what I am about to say now. To get members your forum must be top noche, everything in place, all of the tips above should help you become top noche. Considering you don't seem to promote much, promoting your forum is the main key, promote anywhere possible, if it is a food forum, nature forum or anything ask the admin for permission to advertise the site, add a link to every signature you have on a forum, do member exchanges, ask friends to join. Add a competition and a great prize, affiliate with forums and such. As long as you have a strong community which post a lot, I would be happy with it, hope you consider these tips.
