need info on keybinding to fill in lots of info

i was wondering if anyone here knows how (or where i can find info) on how to bind several different keys so i can post the same info (up to 7 paragraphs) into some forms.
this isnt for forum posting, i want to submit my site to a bunch of directories and i want to be able to do it as fast as i can. my dang mouse sucks, it double clicks and takes forever to try and copy paragraphs so this will take forever and be very frustrating unless i could bind some keys to just post this info.
anyone anyone?
