i have been warned against getting someone you don;t know to do this, it means you having to give full admin rights to your board, plus all the ftp protocols, they can delete your whole site in the click of a mouse.

That is true, you cannot trust any one, as they might wreck your forum up. And you don´t want that? Maybe search in google. phpbb mod install and see what videos come up to help you.

Even so rep is abused alot here and quote often bad people here do have higher rep then honest members.

There is a risk when you do this. It would be safer if you were to do it yourself. I am not saying don't trust anyone but just be cautious and don't be completely shocked if someone you trust does mess up or take over your site. I would seriously recommend learning how to install them as it would save you alot of money and will save you time in the long run and you can even use your skills of adding mods to make money.

I think they all have manuals. The safest way is to talk to someone on IM and get the directions from him/her. 🙂

I agree with aryan,just get someone to help you through a im.
