Need new custom theme for forum!

I'm looking for someone who would be willing to modify a ProSilver theme for my forum. We're on free hosting and that's the only way I can I can think of in terms of making a new theme at all. I am only willing to pay with FP Cash. No PayPal or other pay methods... this has to be FP Cash only! I am willing to pay no more than two hundred (200) FP Cash. The link is http://marie1988.com It's a general discussion site, so I'd like the colors to be fun/vibrant as well as casual. For the new posts, locked posts, whatever, the ones that light up, I'd like those to be legible so members can see what's going on. The most I'm willing to spend is 200 FP Cash. Also, I will not pay up front until the job is completed.

Just some advice your not going to find anyone to make a fustom theme for that amount of FP cash. They want more money or FP cash. Especially the real good designers. Your going to have to pay more 🙂
