Need some advice on my forum. :)

The theme is too simple. You have no banner, and no forum icons. Almost nothing to make the forum your own.
I suggest getting a better theme too, the " forum icons are really bad.
Suggest seperating the forums too. 🙂
 
Should be posted in the peer to peer reviews forum 😉

The activity needs working though as a little to much members per posts.

I agree with the others, the skin needs a workover. However, for a brand new forum you're not half bad for activity. You got a core group of members started, and they seem friendly and happy enough to be there. Make sure you just keep posting a lot to the topics to keep them busy and post fresh ones daily.

Also I would recommend moving off free forum domains and getting a TLD. Get 6,000FP and get one through here, or buy one from namecheap 🙂

First of all, you should get your own domain. Also, that pop up is very unflattering and it would make me leave right away and not come back.
The guy in the header is obviously cut off so that's unattractive.
Give it more colour...
