So,

I'm a frequent visitor on a forum, but the owner did some updates and now I can't seem to get onto the forum. On Firefox, it says server is not found and on Rockmelt, I get this:

Code:
can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the web service that translates a website's name to its internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing RockMelt from accessing the network.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this web page later.
Check your internet connection. Reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using.
Check your DNS settings. Contact your network administrator if you're not sure what this means.
Try disabling DNS prefetching by following these steps: Go to Wrench menu > Options > Under the Hood and deselect "Use DNS pre-fetching to improve page load performance."
Try adding RockMelt as a permitted program in your firewall or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted program, try deleting it from the list of permitted programs and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings or check with your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working.
If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server, try the following steps: Go to Wrench menu > Options > Under the Hood > Change proxy settings > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN."
Error 105 (net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED): Unable to resolve the server's DNS address.

On my iPod, it says page not available. So, I assume it's my connection. Anyone know why I can't get on this one forum and anyone know anyway to fix it?

I have no idea. But, you can try this:

On your Firewall there is a list of allowed softwares and find Rock Melt and allow that software. I can't tell you how to get there because I'm on a Mac. The first step to get there is to open the UI for your Firewall.

"Try adding RockMelt as a permitted program in your firewall or antivirus software's settings."

Essentially it's server side, meaning that they have given the error.

It may be worth looking through a proxy, or attempting to contact the admin via the Whois email.

I've talked to the owner and he said to try a DNS flush which when I did what he said, the command prompt thing said, "This command requires elevation."

I haven't suggested that to him, but I will ask about it.
