Hey guys, due to a really good offer on hosting, I'm moving my tech forum to a paid host. Basically I need a base to help me start practicing web design. I am capable of doing my own graphics and such, I just need practice putting it all together, in a theme/skin/layout. Is there a free forum host that gives you complete theme freedom, or another way I can practice this?
What are you actually looking for? You asked for two separate things. Do you want help on designing your own designs or just a place to get free design templates?
You could create a sub-domain on your hosting account, assuming of course that they allow it. Then upload a test forum to that sub-domain and play around with your designs there.
