Need some help

First off, I wouldn't recommend asking for staff applications on a forum such as this. Your best bet is to keep an eye on your current memberbase, find out who you think would be a good candidate for the job through your memberbase, then PM or email him/her and find out if they would like a staffing position on your forum. Promotion forums like this aren't good places to advertise stuff like that, as you're doing this at your own risk, simply because you don't know who you can trust around here. Someone could say, "I can do it!" and you'd give them the position and they'd probably just turn out to be a lazy bum the whole time and not post at all. I learned that lesson the hard way when I first started trying to run a forum, but now I know to look around on my own forum, seeing who's being helpful without being bossy, who makes good quality posts, stuff like that.

But theres nobody on my forum whos active that would really understand the panel.

You already have two administrators. You have enough staff members for your forum. You don't really need an administrator. Also, offering FP$ for a staff position is probably a bad idea.

Yeah but the forum has been hacked, multiple times, so we always need somebody on protecting the forum. Besides I need a partner, the other admin is just a regular admin. he has his own forums of the same exact topic.

Another bad thing about Forumotion. 😉
In your thread, you haven't even mentioned what the administrator's jobs will be, etc.
The details aren't specific at all. You can't expect much interest when you provide so little information in the topic.

If you really like Forumotion and don't wish to leave them, my recommendation would be having it mandatory that all your staff members have strong passwords, and you can have them change it as often as needed. I usually require once a month or once every couple weeks for my staff, because even though we're on advanced hosting, we have been hacked before, and it was not a pretty experience. Everything's settled down now and we're actually getting fairly active (finally!) but you should never let your guard down no matter what you decide to do. Devise some safety guidelines and have all staff and members follow them. They don't have to be seriously difficult either. Even if you just had basic rules like changing your password every so often, don't ever give out personal information on the site, as not everyone is who they say they are, never give out your username and password to anybody, unless you can seriously trust them. Yes, these are elementary level guidelines, but they are crucial to keeping yourself and your members safe during your guys' time on that forum.
