Need some help

Okay, so I am given to job to totally revamp MidwayDragway.com into a brand new site. My family bought out a big dragstrip and it's now getting their people back after closing down. But now it's reopened and they want me to keep it updated and make a new site. I am wondering if anyone can design a GREAT dragracing theme template for me or help me find one.

Do you just want a template/design or a CMS based theme?

Well, a CMS would be easy to edit, but html template would be easy to edit as well. But im not sure which CMS to use if I were to use one.

Well I could help you out but I've not branched off into CMS a build yet so if you wanted it to fit around one I can't help.

If you want a standard design though I can help you out but I'd like payment for my work though.
