Need some small icons for rank images

Hello,

I need four small icons for my rank images. I need them to be about 16 X 16.

I don't mind what they are in terms of the picture but this is what I am after:

1 to represent a 'Management Team'
1 to represent a 'Moderator Team'
1 to represent a 'Development Team'

I also need a gold star as well, same as the others, 16 X 16 gold star.
