Need some wordpress theme help

I've transferred ParkourX to a different host, but now I have a problem.
None of the post images are displaying, even though the post is looking in the right spot for them, and they pictures are there at the URL the post is looking for. My theme is Aperture by WooThemes.

Next, I want to add this to the menu (font in italics), but have no idea how to.

Any suggestions or help?
