Okay, I'm ready to try something new and different. I like Google Chrome, but that sometimes loads to slow or I get a page not responding error, very bad for running a forum, Fire Fox, same problem. I tried IE9 and I'm not a huge fan of it, but then again, never was an Internet Explorer fan to begin with. I'm either thinking Opera or Safari would be good. I run Windows 7 64-bit by the way, so I need something that's compatible with that model. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Having a crappy browser on your hands is not very good for running a forum and visiting forums in general. And on AdminBB with IE9, it gives me the rubbish that I have to have cookies accepted before I can log in, and I double and triple checked and I do have cookies on on IE9. Just seriously getting fed up and I won't delete FF till I get suggestions. Not a huge fan of Chrome either. On FF I get that babble to upgrade to 4, but then it goes back down to 3.6.17... very frusterating!

I highly recommend Opera. It's the best browser out there. Safari isn't that good though, especially when it has mant security issues like Internet Explorer.

i just started using Opera mate and it's great, i would recommend it to any one.

I was disappointed when this was about preexisting browsers. I was like "YES I GET TO SUGGEST FEATURES TO A GUY MAKING A BROWSER!" and then I was like "Oh, this is more typical."

But anyway, I use FF4. It's not too bad. Too lazy to try other browsers. I think Opera sounds pretty good, though.

Does Opera collect user information? I've never heard anything on that subject with it, so I'd assume not.

Dunno why Chrome would be acting that way for ya, but if you insist on using something else I guess I'd go for Opera.

I would go for Opera every time I used it I had a good experience it is fast, easy to use, secure and reliable.

May I ask what version of chrome you are using? As for the dns error disable prefetech dns cache in the options.

I also vote for Opera though it is a great web browser.

I use both Firefox 4 and Chrome. I like both because they handle loading well and support HTML 5
