because i want to make my own FP userbar...

Only MhW and possibly the Admins will have it.

The images aren't custom made however and can be found on a highly popular image site (sorry i don't know which one.)

Oh you mean the ranks, no I don't know the font name and maybe you should just try your own fonts for originality 😉

The border can be achieved by using a 1px stroke on photoshop 😉

Right click on the layer -> Blending Options -> Stroke -> 1px -> set it to whatever border color you want 😉

You mean you want your image to be rounded then yes use the rounded rectangle tool.
