Neko Atsume is a cat-collecting game for iOS and Android from Hit-Point. In this game, you furnish your virtual yard with toys and food in order to attract the friendship of dozens of cats.
The game was originally released in Japanese but that didn't stop people outside Japan from playing this game. This game proved to be truly popular in the west which prompted the developers to officially release the game in English earlier this month. That being said, I never really understood the charm of this game, but I was told to give it a shot anyway.
I tried playing it with intentions of uninstalling it days later, but that never really happen in the end. Now my phone is largely dominated by cats and I check my phone literally every hour to see which cats had visited me for the past hour. Hopefully not Tubbs; that unforgiving cat hoards all the good food for himself without leaving even a single grain for the rest of his feline friends. He can even be genuinely cheap at times under intricate sets of circumstances so you best be careful!
Anybody else here playing this game?
