Looks kind of dull and the opacity is a bit high. Nice starting point though.

The Background isn't transparent so there's going to be a White-Background behind that Text when it's showed on your Site. I'd also suggest removing the Drop-Shadow as it doesn't fit in with the Logo.

Sometimes I prefer adding a solid dark color layer instead of using shadow.
Anyway my opinion is the logo is not HD and it has a background it should be transparent.
Also you may try making the white shade a little bit rounder.
