Pros
A very nice theme, I have never seen MyBB styled that well. Well done.
A clean, professional logo that is crisp and fits in perfectly to your overall style and color scheme. The custom forum icons are a plus too. Very nice!!
The forum is very clean, and professional. This will defiantly bring credibility to your business. I also like that you just have a general discussion forum keeping the main focus on your product. Many forums use a lot of non-product specific forums making their forum seem less than worth while.
Cons
You have forums with no posts. Try and post something to fill them up and not make them look so empty. If it is a support related forum, make a fake account and ask a generic question. It will help users and make the forum look less empty.
Some descriptions are just hard to read in how they are written. I'd just take a look at a few and see if you could reword them or write up a new one.
On the sidebar I'd change "Index" to "Home". Not many people know that Index means home. So changing it may clear up possible confusion.
