Hello, I am looking for some review/feedback on my site called Nerd Forums. It's been up for soon 3 months, and we are undergoing some pretty big changes at the moment.
The design looks good, nice and clear. My only suggestion would be that the forum might appear if you merged some of your forum sections and this in turn could help your activity.
It's very nice! Although the notice about the computer cookies is kind of annoying...
I also agree with Ashimashi about the Minecraft and Call of Duty forums.... since it is a "Nerd" forum, it shouldn't really have a forum for a specific game unless it was a forum for those specific games.
Not everyone plays those games (I know I don't. XD), so it's a bit odd that they're there.
Good clear design. I hope you know that many visitors might not click on those tabs so many of your categories (which are WAY TOO MANY ANYWAY) will remain unnoticed). better have few categories and all show in the index.

Webprogramming could become "Web Programming".
I don't think you really need a tab dedicated to the Marketplace however.
I don't see why those two games have their own forums in Gaming too.
Your logo's nice and simple, and does the job. I like the idea of having the twitter feed as a sidebar of the forum, it's informative for members and shows that your forum is active. I also like the theme, it's simple, and it's nice on the eyes.
The only improvement I can suggest is merge some of your categories. You've got too many of them and are starting to look a little bit messy. Try adding them as sub-forums.

Get rid of your "This forum uses cookies" message. It's redundant and it breaks your forum's design altogether.
It's a shame, cause once you accept, it's actually a really good MyBB theme you have. Consider expanding your sidebar (I personally don't think the Twitter is enough) by shortening the number of tweets and maybe add a Facebook page/tab.
Hello! Your forum looks good and has good topics for members to discuss. Here are a couple things I would suggest/offer:
1. The Cookies Notice : I would definitely reconsider whether or not to add this. It's a bit distracting to the overall look of the forum and from what I hear from the posts above, rather REPELS guests than attracts them. I would instead add a possible "announcements" to make it look better and to have a constant update on the forum.
2. The Categories : I would highly suggest merging some of your categories together and possibly reorder the tabs. You have 37 categories which is going a little overboard. Try to condense it a little so people won't have to sift through tabs to find the topic they want. I also find it a little ironic that the main page's general forums have so much less than any other of the categories..
3. Colors : Finally, I comment on the colors. It's a little blandish but they're good. It's a little hard to see the text of your menu (white on gray?) unless you hover over it, so maybe make it black or a different color! That's my review and good luck with your forum! You've got good amount of activity spread out over the forum. Just make sure to keep in mind to make it easy on the guest. Thanks for sharing!
