How many here have Netflix? What do you think about the new streaming only plan (for $7.99)? Until they have more streaming choices available I'm sticking with dvd and streaming.
I had a Netflix account a couple of years ago. Seemed like about every fourth or fifth DVD I got was defective(pixelation issues) and I never got any response from Netflix about it. Consequently I canceled the service and have never used them again.
One thing about Netflix, you can't get the latest movies right away, you have to wait for a few weeks, but if used along with redbox it works like a charm.
I love Netflix. I get to see a lot of movies that I haven't seen in a long time and can't find on DvD along with movies and TV shows I haven't seen since I was a kid. So far, I haven't had any complaints about their services.
I use Netflix alongside Redbox for my movie needs. I only buy something if it's really good and something I want to watch again later on. The only real issues I have with Netflix is the lack of streaming titles and the way they treat each DVD from a tv show box set as an individual movie instead of just letting you rent the entire box set as one selection instead. I don't really rent much from them as far as dvds go.
Yea you can stream to your computer or xbox but for just a couple more dollars a month you can order the DVD's in the mail. The same as Blockbuster's except a bit more reliable in my opinion, and blockbuster doesn't have a streaming option?
