New Admin - Cloverfield

Sbfc, there isn't a written rule that forums can't have over 3 Admins. The FFF has 4 Admins and I think the CMF did at one point too. Sure 4 Admins may be a little much for a new or small forum but Forum Promotion is neither.

We managed with 2 before but times change... Requirements change... Other commitments change. Also with 2 admins, if one goes away or has internet problems it is left with 1 admin to deal with everything doesn't it?

The number of admins means nothing. 4 admins may sound alot but if they all have other things to do the time they could spend here could be equivalent to what 2 admins could do if they didn't have anything else to do but there is more of us in times of need if anyone does go on holiday or something unlike if there was only 2 of us. It is the time we can put in not the number of us.

I agree 100% and if anyone would like to discuss the issue please do send me a PM.

One point that I would like to add however, is that we really only have three Admins. If the truth be known, I'm really only an Admin, because I own the site. It was Fowler and Mike who were doing all the work and when Mike was on holiday that just left Fowler. Hence, the extra support and expertise is most welcome. This thread is for congratulating Cloverfield, who has done so much to help Forum Promotion.

So please stay on topic and let us give our congratulations and a big thanks to Cloverfield.
