I remember when he was shot down for the Moderator Leader spot, someone else who was newer to the forum was picked instead. They eneded up not lasting long anyways.

With all due respect, 4 admins might be a bit much. As it is, all the staff are doing their best, which is good enough. You don't wanna end up getting more staff than needed.

We've been through all this Grievous and this is not the place to discuss it. With all due respect, what experience have you got to make this assumption? 4 Admins isn't a lot on a forum this size, particulary the ammount of questions members have on a promotion forum.
