As the old board guidelines topic was well over two years old, they have been updated.

Please familiarize yourself with our new guidelines! You will not notice a ton of changes, but it would still be a great idea to take a look at them.

No it's not. If it was "It's is not allowed" it would be contradictory. Its is simply showing possession, so it just doesn't really make sense. But it's not contradictory 😉

From what I've been reading on the phpBB forums, it doesn't seem that phpBB's use of cookies is a problem under the new rules.
